Wang Zejian<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The founder of contemporary civil law between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first person in contemporary civil law on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Wang Zejian was born on June 2, 1938 in Taipei, Taiwan. Judge of Taiwan Judicial Yuan, graduated from Chenggong High School, Bachelor and Master of Law Department of National Taiwan University. During his studies at the Law Institute of National Taiwan University, he was awarded the first place to study abroad at public expense in Taiwan, and then went to the University of Heidelberg for further study. After half a year, he transferred to the University of Munich, where he studied civil law and law under the tutelage of German jurist Professor Karl Larenz. Methodology, received his Juris Doctor degree in 1968. Afterwards, Wang Zejian taught at the Department of Law of National Taiwan University, where he taught courses such as General Principles of Civil Law, debt compilation of civil law, property rights in civil law, and comparative civil law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Wang Zejian founded the National Taiwan University Law Study Series and published the National Taiwan University Law Study Series. The former has more than 30 volumes and the latter has hundreds of volumes. Wang Zejian is proficient in several languages. He has been engaged in teaching and research work in Germany, Britain, the United States, Australia and other countries. He has published nearly 20 legal monographs such as civil law doctrine and case studies, general principles of civil law, compilation of civil law debts, and civil law property rights.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Wang Liming<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first civil law doctor of New China<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doctor Wang was born in Xiantao,Hubei Province in 1960,whose teacher is the famous civil law scholar Mr. Tongrou.He gains the State Council Special Allowance as the national candidate of “the new century millions talent project”.As a doctoral supervisor,he also has many social titles,such as  Member and convener of the Law Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, The Vice President of the China Law Society, President of the Civil Law Research Society of the China Law Society, Deputies to the ninth, 10th and 11th National People’s Congress, Member of the Financial and Economic Committee of the Ninth NPC, Member of the 10th NPC Law Committee, member of the 11th NPC Law Committee, member of the NPC Finance and Economic Committee, Member of the Humanities and Social Sciences Committee of the Ministry of Education, Vice Chairman of the National Teaching Steering Committee of Law Discipline in Institutions of Higher Learning of the Ministry of Education, Member of the Sixth Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, Deputy Director of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Vice President of the China Consumer Rights Protection Association, Special Invited Consultant of the Supreme People’s Court, The Expert Consultants of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Special invited supervisors of the Ministry of Public Security, The Legal Counsel of the Ministry of Construction, A Member of the Expert Advisory Group of the Beijing Municipal Government, Expert consultant of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, Fujian Provincial Government Consultant, The Deputy Director of the Beijing Arbitration Commission, Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of \u2014\u2014 Center of Civil and Social Sciences of Renmin University of China, Member of the National Higher Education Self-study Examination Steering Committee, consultant of Xinhua News Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
